Made in Germany, the Kettler GOLF P Eco exercise bike is fitted with a backlit LCD console which changes colour to red when maximum heart rate is exceeded. Your pulse rate can be measured via adjustable hand sensors or ear clip. It’s self generated, so there is no need for mains power, making it easier to move it around the room. The Golf P Eco features 10 exercise programs & a heart-rate light system. This well designed system allows you to quickly & easily see whether you are exercising at the right level. What the three colours mean: Blue = Not working hard enough Green = Ideal training zone Red = Working too hard The handlebars with 3D-flex shape & saddle are adjustable to give you a custom fit.
