The Life Fitness R1 Lifecycle is a home exercise bike that offers a challenging workout with total comfort. It’s fitted with a Go workout console, which includes 13 workouts, allowing you to vary your training. You’ll also have the ability to save two user profiles, allowing each user to set up their workout quickly, monitor their individual progress & save one custom workout each. Life Fitness’ R1 Lifecycle has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to closely monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat. No need to worry about making a lot of noise, as the R1 is exceptionally quiet. It also has a front-mounted water bottle holder, & front & side-mounted handlebars. The frame of the bike is made from durable, heavy-duty welded steel & it has a standard recumbent seat.
